Clients
You can create new clients in EasyTime by
importing a client from your current address book
create a new client record
To import a client from the address book, select
Client
from the menu and use the
Import Client...
menu item. A selection window will appear showing all your contact entries. Select the entry you want to import into EasyTime and click
Okay
.
To manually create a new client, click on the
New
button on the client screen. A new client client record will be created. Additionally, a new matter for this client will be inserted as well.
To identify a unique client in EasyTime a combination of first name, last name and/or company name must contain valid values. For invoice generation all necessary address fields must be filled out. A built in ZIP/Postal Code database can automatically fill out the
City
and
State
filed by entering a ZIP code (or Canadian Postal Code).
